Easter!!!!!! What come to your head when you think of Easter, guys? Eggs! :D Of course :) all kind of sortes of them :)
Today we have a little bit different post, because it comes from a tradition of my friend – Asia’s house. Her mum couple years back start making a special fluffy, light and easy to make eggs for Easter Sunday Breakfast. So thank you so much Ms Barbara for sharing that recipe ;)
To be honest with you! They are just so easy to make and so good! ;) Imagine eating something simple, something light and so heavenly good!

- For 4 portions:
- A bit of butter
- 4x eggs
- 2 tablespoon of thick cream
- ½ tablespoon of olive oil
- Chopped spring onion (optional)
- Salt and pepper
- You can add some vegeatbles (EXCEPT tomatoes- they might gave too much water)
Preheat the oven at 170C for fan.
Take 4 ramekins (soufflé dishes), grease them with a bit of butter each, then line sides and bottom of ramekins with pancetta.
In a separate bowl mix remaining ingredients and fill prepared ramekins until half (they will rise while cooking).
Put your ready mixture in the dishes to the oven for around 12-15mins. Until eggs will settled up and top get golden.
Serve straight up! Enjoy! :)
