Homemade bread it’s the beat thing ever. At least for me. Could you imagine, that overwhelming amazing smell around the house while you making it and then you taking it fresh out of the oven, still warm and crispy. Slicing it down, adding some butter, that melt on still warm bread…. are you still with me?
Because myself personally it’s hungry more! :) so join me for that simple and easy bread making journey.
Preparation Time: 1 hour 15 mins
Cooking Time: 45 mins
- 500g of cream flour
- 2x teaspoons of dried yeasts
- 1x pinch of sugar
- 1x decent pinch of salt
- 2-3x splashes of olive oil
- Around 350ml of warm water
Take a bowl, make a dough from all ingredients. Dough supposed to be unstick’y and elastic. Leave under cover for @ 1 hour in a warm place (under blanket, etc.)
Preheat oven to 180C degrees.
Take a tray, sprinkle some flour, move your dough on too of that. Cook for around 30-40 mins.
