It’s kind of like a nutella spread, with lovely chocolate. But just much healthier option to make a nice snack ;) with the amount of sugar that would be enough for you :)
Preparation Time: 15 mins
Cooking Time: 25 mins
- 1/2 cup of millet
- 1x splash of olive oil
- 1x pinch of salt
- @90g of dark chocolate
- 1x glass of chocolate almond milk (or any other)
- 1x handful of almonds
- honey – or anything else that you wish to add as a sweet thing. Amount – up to your taste.
Take a strainer, add your millet, pour boiling waiter around it. Move millet on the pan. Pan fried it for 3-4 mins, mixing from time to time. Then add your milk, pinch of salt and splash of olive oil. Cook on small heat for 15-20 mins. When millet will be nice and soft.
Take a food processor add your almonds and chocolate and mix for powder. Then add your cooked millet and remaining ingredients. Mix it. Try it. When perfect. Move to jars. Leave to cool and enjoy! :)
