Healthy? Yes! Vegan? Yes! Dairy Free? YES! Egg Free? YES! Gluten Free? YEEEES! So you probably ask me now – What did I made it with? No worries Guys, it’s just yum! And I mean it! Even my partner, who prefers regular bread, really likes this one :) So I said – You know what? That will be my post for today :) So guys, here you have it! Hope you will like it :)
- 200g of white buckwheat
- 100g of quinoa
- 100g of millet
- 200g of gluten free oatmeals
- 70g of brown flax seeds or gold flax seeds
- 70g of instant millet flakes
- @50-70ml of coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- A good pinch of salt
- Sunflower seeds (optional)
- Pumpkin seeds (optional)
Take a bowl, add buckwheat, quinoa, millet and flax seeds, cover that with boiling water. Leave for around 30 mins.
Preheat oven to 175C.
After your 30mins, blend everything for your nice base, add remaining ingredients, mix it – it suppose to have a consistent of a thick cream.
If it’s too runny, add some more oatmeals. If it’s too thick add some more coconut milk.
When it have proper cosistent move it to tin lin with baking paper and bake for around 30-40mins.
Leave it to cool, or enjoy straight up! Up to you! :D Was that easy? :)
