I would say – that’s the easiest thing to do! OK, maybe scrambled egg it’s easier ;)
But nevertheless, many of us, can have some troubles to make it. So here you are – quick and easy recipe how to make perfect and so yummy omelette.
- 2 eggs
- A splash of milk
- 1x half portion of small onion
- 2x slices of parma ham
- 1x fresh tomato
- clarified butter
- salt and pepper
- fresh thyme
Preheat your pan on medium-high heat with clarified butter, add chopped onion and a small pinch of salt, then tear for smaller pieces your 2 slices of parma ham. Let it cook for 2 mins on low heat (onion, don’t need to get gold or brown, because it will get that later on).
In the meantime in a small bowl, mix eggs, milk and pinch of pepper (you add salt earlier, parma ham is salty and your parmesan will give you an extra salt) by whisk. Make it more fluffy. Pour your mixture on the pan, cover it and leave for 2 mins on a low heat.
After that, slice fresh tomato for a small half moons and grate parmesan. Cover with a lid and after another 5 mins, your omelette supposed to be ready. The rounds will be easily to move and middle won’t be runny. On top you can garnish it with fresh thyme. And just move it from pan to plate and enjoy!
