Sourdough / Leaven for Easter Soup

There is nothing better then the Easter Soup! So guys here you go - make your own homemade sourdough/leaven for Easter Soup.
This recipe is basing on the bread sourdough one.

Original recipe comes from Thermomix.

Ingredients:

70g of rye flour

35g of blended gluten free (in my version you can use normal ones) porridge oats

pinch of salt

pinch of sugar

1x bay leaf

4-5x allspice

2x peeled and cut in half garlic clove

500g lukewarm water

Take a bowl or jar, add all ingredients and cover in cling film with some holes in it.
Leave for around 3days in a warm room.

Use for your soup then :)
