Homemade Spice Pumpkin Latte Syrup
I have finally manage to get that syrup. Every October for the last few years I promise myself to try and do it.
This Spice Pumpkin Latte Syrup is super easy to make and you can store it in a fridge. The original recipe comes from Thermomix, however there was few ingredients that I did not have at home, but I really wanted to make it and despite that it genuinely worked really well.
So here you go guys, the recipe:
Ingredients:
2x tablespoons of pumpkin puree
(https://www.twistingfood.com/basics-tips/How-to-make-pumpkin-puree)
20g of almond milk
1x splash of agave syrup
pinch of gingerbread or mulled wine spice mix (you can also just add a combination of small pinches of: cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, turmeric)
30g of water
Add all the ingredients into small pot. Blend together, then bring to boil and simmer on small heat constantly mixing for around 5mins. The consistency should start becoming more syrup style. When you have it that’s it! It’s done!
Make yourself a nice Latte, by adding this syrup to your Latte and enjoy!
Smoothie & Yoghurt'ish
It all begins with an idea.
Have you ever found yourself in a position with – what to do with almost black bananas? I did! It was exactly couple days ago. I was hungry, didn’t know what I wanna eat or drink or anything. Just my belly really wanted something. So I looked around and found almost black bananas – so super sweet bananas, couple kiwi’s and pears. I found almond milk in my fridge and fresh mint leaves. Oh and blueberries in freezer! :D Find out what I did :)
Cocktail & Sauce
Prep time: 10 mins Total time: 10 mins
Ingredients
4x almost black bananas
2x kiwis
2x pears
50g of blueberries (can be frozen)
200ml of (vegan) milk
fresh mint leaves
Peel bananas and kiwis, get rid of the middle part from pears (you don’t need to peel it, just wash it). Move all your ingredients to tall glass and blend. Try if it’s not too sweet, if yes – add some more milk.
Serve it as a cocktail with some fresh mint leaves as decoration or eat it with Muesli Mix.
It’s that simple :) If you made more like me, you can keep it in freezer for around 2 days. Enjoy!
Summer Ice Tea
It all begins with an idea.
Imagine yourself sitting in your garden, chilling out. Sun is shinning and you just want to drink something to cool yourself. I have perfect solution for you! I hope it’s already so warm and sunny where you are ;)
Prep time: 10 mins Total time: 10 mins
Ingredients
2-3 strong black teas - the best is earl grey tea
1x orange
1x lemon
fresh mint leaves
ice cubes
sugar/ honey/ or whatever you would like to sweeten it up
For 1,5l of Ice Tea.
Bring to boil around 1l of water. Make a tea with it and leave it for 5 mins. Add something sweet – remember to make it more sweet then supposed to be. When it’s sweet, add ice cubes, squeeze juice from orange and lemon and add fresh mint leaves. Enjoy!
P.S. If you want to you can add some sliced oranges, lemons, limes, strawberries, etc. Just remember to rinse oranges/limes/lemons with boiling water first. You will get rid of the bitterness from the skin.
Honey & Mustard Dressing
It all begins with an idea.
Ok, so everyday you can’t make the same dressing for your salad… So today we have some honey and mustard mix :)
If you like a bit of spiciness and sweetness that dressing will be in your top 5 :D
Prep time: 3 mins Total time: 3 mins
Ingredients
2x tablespoons of Dijon mustard
1x tablespoon of honey
½x teaspoon of lemon juice
Mix everything, try if it’s sweet and spicy enough for you :) And that’s all :) Add it around your favourite salad or eat with some sandwich or meat :) Enjoy!
