3 Ingredients Cookies
There are some of the days when all you need is something simple and fast to make that can also be a healthy’ish snack.
You can’t go wrong with those cookies, easy to make and so fast you can even make them when an unexpected guest is coming ;)

Ingredients:
2x bananas
130-140g of oats (I’ve used gluten free ones)
40g of vegan nutella (you can use normal one if you wish)
Take a bowl add your bananas and using fork or whisk mash it down. Then add other ingredients and mix it all. Leave for 10mins.
Preheat the oven to 170-175C degrees on fan.
Line your baking tray with baking paper.
If you see that your “dough” is a bit too runny, add some more oats.
Using tablespoon take a bit of a dough and place on the tray, gently squash it down.
Cook for around 10-12mins. Leave to cool and enjoy! :)
