Buttery Chocolate Chips Cookies
There is nothing better then those buttery cookies filled with duo of chocolate chips cookies.
Absolutely easy and yummy to make. Recipe that comes from Thermomix is so simple that even your kids could make jt by themselves.
And what a great time to spend with your youngest ones? Or maybe just to cut them different shape and you can easy use them all year round.
Ingredients:
250g of self rising or plain flour
100g of sugar (Demerara sugar is my choice)
100g soft butter
1x egg
1x teaspoon of baking powder
1x pinch of salt
chocolate chips of choice (I’ve used two packages in total - dark chocolate and milk chocolate)
Preheat the oven to 180C degrees on fan. Line your tray with baking paper and leave on a side.
Take a big bowl and add your dry ingredients (except chocolate!) make a little hole in the middle and add your egg and soften butter cute to a smaller pieces. Well combine until the dough will be easy to formulate a bowl and won’t stick to your fingers.
Then add your chocolate chips, well combine.
Take a rolling pin and roll the dough for maybe 0,5cm tall dough and start cutting your cookies.
Transfer to baking tray and bake for around 20mins or until lovely and gold.
Leave to cool (if you can ;)) and enjoy!
P.S. Did I mention that they might be disappearing fast? ;)
