Whole Chicken in Herbs
Sunday, family dinner – the most basic question what to serve whole bunch of people, who are just waiting for something really good and homey? Chicken! Today we will make moist chicken in herbs :D

Ingredients
1x whole chicken (around 2kg) - get rid of the inside, no feathers and incised around. You will put some herbs inside of those incises
small handful of each of the fresh: tarragon, thyme, basil, rosemary,
2-3x fresh bay leaves (if you have, if not 2x dried ones)
4x garlic cloves, peeled
1x teaspoon of sweet pepper
pinch of cayenne pepper or if you have just add 1x pepperoni pepper (with or without seeds - up to you)
fresh salt and pepper
3-4x tablespoons of rice oil
1-2x oranges
Prepare your chicken. Make sure that it’s laying ready for your marinate.
Take kitchen mortar, put all of your herbs, garlic and salt and start crashing everything with pestle. When everything is mixed nicely. Add rest of the ingredients and squeeze some orange juice for extra flavour. The rest of oranges put inside of your chicken.
Cover chicken with your marinate and the best one is to let it be in it for a while. But if you don’t have time, just preheat your oven to 195C. And follow the instructions for How to Bake Perfect Chicken?.
You can serve with it with anything that you want and like. Some rice/potatoes/ mix vegetables or salad. Enjoy!
