Leftover Spaghetti Wrap
You made way too much spaghetti, but you don’t feel like eating it next day? No worries, you can always make something different :) It’s so easy and make so much difference ;)
Leftover Spaghetti Wrap
Prep time: 10 mins Cook time: 10 mins Total time: 20 mins
Ingredients
Around 200-300g of spaghetti sauce
20g of chicken ham
½x chopped sweet paprika
couple slices of cucumber
50g of feta cheese (or any other cheese of your choice)
fresh salad leaves mix
sweet chilli sauce
2-3 tortilla
Organise yourself. Warm up your spaghetti sauce, take a bigger pan and warm it up as well (you will use it for tortilla) and in the meantime prepare the rest.
Add chopped chicken ham to spaghetti sauce, for some extra flavour.
When the sauce is warm enough, turn the heat off.
Take 1x tortilla warm it up on both sides on a hot pan (DO NOT add any water/oil or anything like that), don’t make it crunchy! Because it will break while rolling.
When tortilla is warm, move it to a plate, on the top middle part start putting a bit of salad leaves, spaghetti sauce, sweet paprika, cucumber, feta cheese and sprinkle all of that with some chilli sauce.
Now, that’s the biggest challenge! Take bottom part and cover with it almost all the food – leave around 0,5cm from the top and then take “wings” of tortilla from both sides and let them meet in the middle. Check pictures if needed :) Enjoy!
